For the qualifications, the players and coachs or parents have to pay 89 euros/per person/per day for the full accommodations (Official hotel + breakfast and the meals at the club). This has to be paid to the tournament organisation. |

"European Summer Cup by Team 14U" - Copa del Sol & Europa Cup. Team in finals of the European Summer Cup are invited to play on tuesday July the 9th We will pick them up at the airport... on request. |

For the main draw the committee of the tournament will pay the accommodation and the food in partner hotels for the teams and their captains. This applies from the eve of the first notification to attend (12 noon) to the morning (9.00 a.m.) following the elimination of the last member of the main draw team. Any other coach or accompanying staff will have to pay 90 euros/day or will have to manage by himself. ATTENTION : - The trainer or non-official guide (lettre of his federation) of only one player can’t have his fees paid for by the tournament. He will have to manage by himself. - Any other extra fees such as drinks, phone etc. must be paid by the individual to the hotel Reception or to the Formation Centre. - If you do not respect the arrival date or fail to mention your leaving before 12 a.m. accommodation fees will be charged to the Federation or to the concerned people. |
| Transportation: | Players and captains will be transported mornings and evenings by bus between the Club and partner hotels. |
Specific conditions for National Teams

| Insurance: | Coaches and players must have an International Medical Insurance and any other type of insurance that may prove necessary. |
| Visas: | Foreign
delegations who do not belong
to E.U. and are taking part in
Copa Del Sol and / or Europa’s
Cup must ask for a Schengen visa
to the embassy or the consulate
of a country that belongs to the
Schengen area. Mail to ask for
a visa must be send 4 weeks prior
