All housing reservations are to be made solely through the tournament organizers at the proposed rates.

Hotel

The proposed rate is 85€ per day/per person, and includes breakfast as well as lunch and dinner at the club. Rooms can accommodate 2 guests.

The proposed rate is 42€ per day/per person, and includes breakfast as well as lunch at the club. Rooms can accommodate 2/3 guests. Space is limited.

Please indicate each player’s and coach’s first and last name, gender, and email address along with their arrival dates. Please note that by making a reservation you agree to the proposed rates indicated above.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be received by fax at least 24 hours in advance or full charges will apply.

Main Draw:
Full hospitality for national teams + 1 official national coach, from Sunday July 3rd 12.00 until the elimination of the last member of the team from single and double Main Draws.
Players (2, 3 or 4 per room) Coachs (2 per room)

Transportation

Transportation will be organised on request.

The meeting point is:
Stade Français (2 rue du commandant guilbaud 75016 Paris). Please on site, call us +33(0) 1 40 71 33 68. A driver will pick you up.

Between the Official hotel, the Sports Hostel and the tournament venue: each morning and after dinner.

During the day: on demand, if possible!

We wish to draw your attention to the fact that the transport to hotel and club only applies to those who have booked by the tournament in Partner Hotels. No transport will be set up to other hotels.

Social functions and activities

The tournament is a Sport & Attitude event

Dress code: official track suit or jacket from your country

The cultural program includes educational workshops on site as well as visits to the Chateau de Versailles, the Louvre, the French Open Stade Roland Garros, and a view of Paris by Night along the Seine on the Bateaux Mouches

The tournament follows « green » eco-friendly guidelines and promotes sustainable development

Players and coaches are invited to a cultural gala organized by the tournament and are encouraged to bring music, costumes and props that highlight your country

Awards will be given each day for Fair Play and Fighting Spirit

All players will have an opportunity to play in a mixed doubles event

On Saturday, July 9th, players will have an opportunity to take part in the 8th Senior/Junior Ambassadors Tennis Cup by pairing up with the ambassador or representative of his/her country in a friendly doubles match, followed by a luncheon

Additional information

Teams playing in the finals of the European Team Championships will play on Tuesday, July 5th

The tournament organizers will meet you at the airport or train station upon your arrival in Paris
