Having incarnated the values of fair-play throughout his long international career, Jacques Dorkmann is the best placed person to share this concept. Mr Dorfmann and his invited guest will, each day, present the Sport and Attitude Trophy to the player, who showed the best fair-play attitude.

At the end of this international week, a special International Fair-Play prize will be given to one of the competitors or to one of the countries present, who has/have shown the most exemplary performance in terms of fair-play.


WHAT IS THE SPECIAL INTERNATIONAL FAIR-PLAY PRIZE ?

This trophy is a result of the Declaration of Sport and Fair-Play for the 21st century, which came into effect during the meeting of the Fair-Play Committee, at UNESCO Headquarters on December 7th 2007. It was decided, at a recent meeting of the International Fair-Play Committee, presided over by Jenö KAMUTI of Hungary, to concord with the ideas of UNESCO and its Deputy Director General Marcio BARBOSA and to come up with an international fair-play prize for this tournament.
